Do we need a new goalkeeper?

Adrian and Randolph are OK but I still feel there is better out there.

Begovic seems a more realistic proposition than Hart.

Randolph was fourth choice at Motherwell (?) at one stage and second choice at Birmingham. Adrian was third choice at Betis, that tells a story for both!

Every team needs a good quality keeper, they are just as important as the mythical 20 goal a season striker.

Payet wasn't happy with Bilib either, lack of respect not wanting to play for the manager, unprecedented. Spotted Bilic shuffling the deck chairs no doubt.

I can't remember a manager falling out with so many players.

Bilic sticking up for Randolph so will persist with him. Bilic really is much too stubborn for his own good or maybe he has fallen out with Adrian (he fell out with amalfitano who I think would get in this team and Sakho) after dropping him or doesn't want to lose face going back to him after dropping him, or perhaps Bilic can't bring himself to drop players he has become mates with and sharing the breakfast table, sauna with, who knows?

Just play your best keeper on form. Randolph is lacking confidence and massively out of form, madness to continue with him as it has and will continue to cost us.

I can't see Bilic who doesn't have a scooby getting anymore points and won't be surprised if we get tonked by Spurs and one or both of the Scousers.

Something must have happened with Bilic and Adrian.
Adrian did deserve to be dropped when he was but Randolphs recent form has been worse.
Can only think there has been some sort of falling out with Adrian or he is acting the cunt.
Like many things at the club it has the whiff of SHAMBLES

There are only a handful of really top class goalkeepers in the PL these days. The tactics of opposition players at corner kicks are not making it easy for any goalie,particularly the average quality ones ,Randolph and Adrian being members of the latter grouping.
Adrian is a better bet to command his six yard box so he should definitely return, but whether Sully provides the dosh to get much better next season is highly doubtful.

If Adrian deserved dropping for his form Randolph certainly deserved dropping from around the WBA game where the cunt gifted them a point.

Adrian, not sure why we think he's so bad. Yes he made some errors, notably against stoke but last 3 or so seasons he's been solid. All keepers make mistakes now and again.

Perhaps yes we do need another keeper but I think this team has more pressing needs right now.

Begovic was looking to leave Chelsea in January and go to Bournemouth
Chelsea were happy to let him go but couldn't get Craig Gordon from Celtic as a replacement so pulled the pin. Seems certain he will leave in the summer

Bell, not sure about that, the keepers position is a bit different to playing on pitch. Through the course of a season you'll normally get a chance when you're back up for a player on pitch, that's not quite the same in goal.

Chelmsford.. The trouble is mate, being Tottenham/Liverpool etc number 2, is probably more appealing than being our number 1.

There is no probably about it we simply buy a better keeper. There are plenty about we just need to pay the money. It has been demonstrated again and again this season that we need a better, not just another, keeper.
